| Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made more than fifteen days prior to your arrival (30 days for groups, festivals, events, or holiday rentals). Cancellations less than 15 days (30 days for groups, festivals, events, or holidays) you are responsible for the full amount unless your room is re-rented. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for their full reserved stay. Please check dates written on your confirmation letter carefully. |
| General Information Room rates are for single or double occupancy and include full gourmet breakfast. Each extra person over 12 in the same room is an additional $20.00 fee per day. Sales and lodging taxes are not included in quoted rates. Rates are subject to change without notice. During holidays and some special event weekends, a two or three-night minimum stay may be required, and/or higher rates may apply. Check-in is between 4:00-6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Smoking is not allowed in either the Main House or Carriage House. We are dog friendly. Please see our dog policy. Children are welcome. The whole inn may be booked for private parties, reunions, etc. A two-night minimum applies. Please call us for rates and availability. |
| Dog Policy All dogs that are guests at the Inn must be well-behaved. You may be asked to leave if your dog is overly noisy or disturbing. Currently, in Leadville, dogs must be on leash. Ask about areas where dogs may be walked off-leash. You must provide a credit card as a damage deposit. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $10.00 per room if there is a dog present. Dogs must not be left alone in the room unless they are crated, and then only for a short period of time. Dogs must not be left all day alone without the approval of the Inn. There may be a daycare fee applied if dogs are left alone for long periods of time. You must pick up after your dog. |
